Every afternoon ISB opens its clubs to students from other schools: sport, art, science and media, run in English by our international teachers, in small groups. In the evening, adults join us in the city centre for Italian, English and painting.

Nothing competitive. They choose their medium, decide their story and its structure, then film and edit it themselves. Along the way they learn how communication works: which styles and techniques hold an audience, how to structure a message so it lands, and how to read reactions from people watching and adjust. Adult classes

Adult classes in the city centre

Small groups, city centre, after work.

ISB teachers run evening classes for adults at Via Carmine 109, Brindisi. Each group has a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants.

Lessons cost €20.00 each and are paid in advance for the whole term once your place is accepted. There are no drop-in sessions.

Applications close on 11 October 2026. The school confirms places by email. No classes on 14 October 2026, 15 October 2026, 26 November 2026, 8 December 2026, in line with the school calendar.

You listen, speak and think in English for the whole lesson, in a small beginners' group, and practise language for everyday situations: work, travel, shops, phone calls, meeting people. €180.00 for the term · 9 sessions 10 places available Italian for Foreigners Wednesday 18:00–19:00 ages 18 and over Debra Kaufman at Via Carmine 109, Brindisi minimum 5 Learn Italian by using it: greetings, ordering a coffee, asking for directions, shopping at the market, small talk with neighbours. A small group at a relaxed pace, for absolute beginners and beginners. €180.00 for the term · 9 sessions 10 places available Paint and Learn Thursday 17:30–19:00 ages 18 and over Katlin Riley at Via Carmine 109, Brindisi minimum 5 Ninety minutes with a brush in hand, in English. Each lesson takes one technique or one subject, from colour mixing to still life to the Brindisi waterfront, and you leave with a finished piece. No experience needed; materials are provided. €160.00 for the term · 8 sessions 10 places available

This term

No clubs on 14 October (teacher training), 15 October (Fall Break), 26 November (Thanksgiving) and 8 December (Immaculate Conception).

Good to know

A club runs only if five children sign up for it; if it is withdrawn, anything paid is refunded in full or moved to another club.
Your child's age for club purposes is the age reached by 31 December: the date of birth on the form works it out.
Collection is at the main gate at the end of the club; a member of staff waits with the children for ten minutes.
Sports clubs need indoor trainers and PE kit. Everything else needs no special equipment.
Please inform the school office before 15:00 if your child will not attend a session. After three unexplained absences the place is released, and the fee is not refunded.
Club staff hold the same safeguarding clearance as teachers and follow the school behaviour policy.

Classes are held at Via Carmine 109, Brindisi, on the days and times shown on each class, with the same closures as the school.
No classes on 14 October 2026, 15 October 2026, 26 November 2026, 8 December 2026, in line with the school calendar.
A class runs only if its smallest group is reached; if it is withdrawn, anything paid is refunded in full.
Fees are paid in advance for the term and are not refunded for missed lessons.
