ISB Joins 'Adotta un Monumento': Students Welcome Visitors to Palazzo Montenegro

International School of Brindisi takes part in the heritage project promoted by Associazione Le Colonne

International School of Brindisi has taken part in 'Adotta un Monumento', the heritage education project promoted in Brindisi by Associazione Le Colonne. As part of the initiative, ISB students adopted Palazzo Montenegro, one of the historic buildings of the city, becoming its young custodians and ambassadors.

During the project, ISB students welcomed visitors and tourists to the palazzo, introducing them to its history, architecture, and cultural significance with passion and enthusiasm. The activity gave students the opportunity to put their language, communication, and research skills into practice, while contributing directly to the cultural life of the city.

Participating in 'Adotta un Monumento' reflects ISB's commitment to connecting international education with the local territory. By engaging students in the preservation and storytelling of Brindisi's heritage, the school strengthens younger generations' sense of belonging and helps keep the city's cultural identity alive for both residents and international visitors.
